VEGETARIAN MEAT – 400 g / 14.1 oz

It is a product manufactured with Soy, Seasonings and Species. It contains neither saturated fats nor cholesterol and it has a 100% yield.

It is an excellent source of protein and fiber. It can be used as an ideal substitute for meat due to its taste, aroma and texture.

A great variety of stews such as Mexican Meat, Meat Picadillo, Meat Balls, Meat Patties, Hamburgers, and many other dishes can be prepared with it.

You can also combine it with 50% ground beef meat if you so desire and prepare nutritious and delicious less expensive meals.

The product is precooked and packed in high vacuum Pouch type bags. It can therefore be kept for three months in a cool place; between 4 and 5 months if refrigerated at a 4 – 8º C temperature, and up to 15 years if frozen at a temperature below 15ºC without losing its properties such as aroma, taste, texture, etc.

You can find it in the main Self Service Stores in Mexico, in the cold meats section.

The package must be kept in the refrigerator after being opened.
